What you'll accomplish

A Claude Project configured with your community's complete information, so every conversation automatically starts with full context. No more re-explaining your pet policy, parking rates, or community name every time. The Project acts like a leasing partner who already knows everything about your property.

What you'll need

  • A Claude account: {{tool:Claude.plan}} subscription ({{tool:Claude.price}}) to access Projects
  • Your community fact sheet (policies, pricing, amenities, communication guidelines)
  • Time needed: 30 minutes to set up; 1–3 minutes per use afterward

How-To Guide: Build a Claude Project as Your Persistent Leasing Partner

Step 1: Set up your Claude account

  1. Go to {{tool:Claude.url}} and click Sign up
  2. Complete registration with your work email
  3. To access Projects: click Upgrade → select {{tool:Claude.plan}} ({{tool:Claude.price}})
  4. Once logged in, look for Projects in the left sidebar and click it

What you should see: A "Projects" section in the left sidebar showing any existing projects (empty if you're new) Troubleshooting: If you don't see "Projects," make sure you're on the paid plan. This feature requires {{tool:Claude.plan}}
