Step 1: Set up your ChatGPT account

Go to {{tool:ChatGPT.url}} and click Sign up if you don't have an account
Complete registration with your email address
If upgrading to {{tool:ChatGPT.plan}}: click your profile icon → Upgrade plan → select {{tool:ChatGPT.plan}}
Once logged in, you'll see the chat interface with a large text box at the bottom
